The Gulfstream I is a twin-engine turboprop aircraft designed and produced in the United States by Gulfstream Aerospace. It first flew in 1958 and was in production until 1969, with a total of 200 aircraft built. The Gulfstream I was designed as a regional airliner and executive transport, and was the first aircraft to use a swept wing and pressurized cabin in the United States. It can carry up to 24 passengers and has a maximum range of 1,800 nautical miles. The Gulfstream I was operated by many commercial and military organizations, including the United States Air Force and Navy. Today, it is primarily used as a corporate and VIP transport.
